What You Will Do:



  • Hands-on learning: Shadow Installers and Service Technicians and assist with basic repairs and irrigation field work.
  • Department support: Assist in parts, showroom, and administrative functions to gain cross-functional exposure.
  • Facility upkeep: Support building, yard, and field maintenance.

What You Will Need:



  • Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Reliability: Maintain acceptable attendance while balancing school and work commitments.
  • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service mindset: Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.


  • Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
