Maintenance Supervisor - Weekend Shift

Location: Owatonna, MN - Weekend Shift

Your Responsibilities:

• Supervises facilities, maintenance and electrical technicians engaged in equipment installation, equipment troubleshooting and repair, building and grounds maintenance, and preventative maintenance

• May supervise tool room employees

• Collaborates with management to schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations

• Collaborates with site management to plan equipment layout, workflow, and accident prevention measures tomaintaineffective and safeutilizationof plant facilities and equipment

• Develops and oversees preventive maintenance program and coordinates implementation with Production management

• Provides technicalexpertiseto ensure equipment meets operational standards and is in conformance with OSHA regulations

• May oversee or coordinate facility communication and/or security systems

• Completes employee performance evaluations andhas the ability toaddress performance related matters

• Reviews and Closes completed work orders to proper standards in maintenance management software

• Responds to emergencies and supports after hours facility needs and activities asrequired

• Participates as a lead of the emergency response team.Assistoutside emergency response teams

• Observes,complies withandholds team accountable to Company safety procedures at all times

Your Qualifications:

• Associate's DegreeorEquivalentin a related field

• 3+ years of related experience/training

• 1+ year of supervisory experience (preferred)

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $73,700 to $120,700 in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
