What You'll Need 2+ years of experience Mechanical smarts - you know your way around tools and gauges Sharp eye for detail to keep quality tight Strength and stamina - lift up to 50 lbs. and stay on your feet Team player who shows up, works safe, and gets it done Day-to-Day Responsibilities Prepare the machine and complete paperwork for each production run, oversee that the work is completed properly and on time Ensure efficient and safe machine operation to produce a high quality product Machine operation and constant monitoring of the machine for any mechanical issues and/or product variations. Completing the production run according to the daily schedule Ensure target weight of all cups/bags are within given spec. Communicate with team members in a direct manner to ensure clear instruction and proficient productivity throughout the shift. Accurately completing post run production logs. Following all company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and value systems.
