Administrative Support Level III

A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify.

Provides senior administrative support and leads/supervises subordinates while executing complex clerical and reporting tasks that improve day-to-day operations, data accuracy, and workflow efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Administrative Support Level III:Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Administrative Support Level III Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing all Administrative Support Level II duties with greater complexity, autonomy, and volume

  • Leading and supervising subordinate administrative staff; assigning work and monitoring quality

  • Establishing and maintaining standardized trackers, templates, and reporting formats

  • Managing intake, routing, and documentation controls to improve timeliness and accuracy

  • Compiling consolidated reports, statistics, timelines, tables/graphs, and correspondence for leadership

  • Training staff on procedures, tools, and documentation standards

  • Identifying workflow gaps and implementing improvements with documented processes

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Administrative Support Level III Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

  • 4-8 years of administrative/program support experience with demonstrated leadership or supervisory ability

  • Strong quality control skills and ability to manage competing priorities across a team

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel); ability to build templates and trackers

  • Ability to learn and support proprietary systems and office workflows

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
