Job Posting Title Manufacturing Technician in TrainingJob Description Summary Oxford Forge, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our 2nd or 3rd shift team, as a Manufacturing Technician in Training. This entry-level position offers comprehensive hands-on training to develop essential skills in manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and quality control, preparing you for a successful career in our dynamic production environment.Job Description: * Learn and perform various manufacturing tasks under the guidance of experienced technicians and supervisors. Required Skills and Education Education: * High school diploma or equivalent. Skills: * Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new technical skills. * Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team-oriented environment. * Basic math and computer skills are preferred. * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. * Working in hot conditions * Must be able to work various shifts, including occasional evenings or weekends, as required. * Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus but not required.
