About the Role AVIAN is seeking a Non-Supervisory Contracts (Administrator) Manager (Career Level 3/4) as a member of its Corporate Contracts Team who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of assigned company Prime and Subcontracts including negotiation, financial execution, and tracking.This role works closely with Project Control Analysts, Program Managers (PM), Sector leads and other relevant Operations personnel to ensure effective contract management. This position serves as a primary interface between customers, internal Program Managers, and the company and requires expertise in FAR/DFARS, contract clauses, and subcontract management. Responsibilities As a member of a team of contract managers, the position will be responsible for the following: the administration, financial tracking, analysis, and compliance of assigned Prime and subcontracts. An example of responsibilities may include:
Negotiate/execute assigned/designated Prime and Subcontracts and related documents.

Career Level 3 - Contracts (Administrator) Manager A Career Level 3 Contracts (Administrator) Manager is typically considered a developing-to-fully proficient contracts professional who can independently manage routine to moderately complex contract administration responsibilities. Individuals at this level are expected to possess a solid working knowledge of FAR/DFARS requirements, government contracting principles, subcontract administration, and financial tracking processes. A Level 3 employee is still building depth in handling highly complex contractual issues, high-risk negotiations, and enterprise-level strategy development. Career Level 4 - Contracts (Administrator) Manager A Career Level 4 Contracts (Administrator) Manager is considered a senior-level individual contributor with advanced expertise in government contract management, negotiation strategy, regulatory interpretation, and business risk analysis. Individuals at this level are expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy and serve as a trusted advisor to both operational leadership and customers. At this level, the employee generally:
A Level 4 professional is expected not only to execute contracts administration functions, but also to influence business decisions, improve processes, and provide leadership through expertise, even in a non-supervisory role.
