Overview

NaphCare is seeking an experienced and highly organized Corporate Travel Administrator just like you to join our team at the Corporate Office located in Birmingham, AL.

The Corporate Travel Administrator will oversee and coordinate all aspects of travel for our organization. This full-time position plays a critical role in supporting the logistics of a fast-paced corrections healthcare company, ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective travel arrangements for employees, clinicians, and contractors nationwide.



Responsibilities

    Manage and coordinate all company travel, including air, hotel, ground transportation, and travel-related expenses.
  • Work directly with clinical staff, executives, and field personnel to book travel that aligns with business needs and schedules.
  • Monitor travel budgets and seek cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality and comfort.
  • Maintain accurate travel records and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Negotiate with travel vendors and maintain relationships with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels.
  • Respond to last-minute travel changes, cancellations, or emergencies promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and scheduling for traveling staff.
  • Develop and update the company's travel policy in accordance with operational needs and industry best practices.
  • Generate regular travel reports and analytics for leadership review.
  • Manage employees ADP time and attendance, editing time as needed and ensuring worked hours are coded to appropriate site location.
  • Prepare and process staff profile forms, to include expense reports and per diems, stipend, etc.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of domestic travel booking platforms, procedures, and cost-saving practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and travel management tools (e.g., Concur, Egencia, etc.).
  • Experience working in or with correctional healthcare is a plus.
