HealthPartners is hiring Web Business E Commerce Specialist. This role helps build trusted relationships with providers and internal teams by delivering secure, userfriendly solutions that make it easier to access and manage healthcare data. In this primarily remote role (with occasional onsite work in Bloomington. They will serve as a key point of support for providers nationwide guiding them through training, troubleshooting, and ongoing use of applications within the provider portal. This role collaborates with technical and business partners to create helpful training and support resources, present solutions to users, and continuously improve the provider experience, all while safeguarding sensitive health information.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:



  1. Respond to user inquiries regarding questions and production problems.
  2. Identify and document business needs of new and existing Electronic Commerce application users.
  3. Understand HealthPartner's Electronic Commerce options in order to effectively promote Electronic Commerce applications to new and existing users.
  4. Work with users and affected parties to identify Electronic Commerce options.
  5. Work with IS&T development staff in the creation and testing of enhancements and new applications, including the completion and provision of written specifications.
  6. Make presentations to, and calls to, potential Electronic Commerce application users and audiences.
  7. Assist with the implementation and documentation of Electronic Commerce applications and enhancements.
  8. Train users on implemented solutions.
  9. Assist with the development of training materials and curriculum for Electronic Commerce applications.
  10. Assist in monitoring the progress of implemented solutions
  11. Identify and implement processes and tools to manage all of the above.
  12. Identify areas for ongoing process improvement in areas that impact you individually, those within department, and cross-departmentally.
  13. Participate in and create business continuity and disaster recovery plans and tests.
  14. Translate simple to moderate user business needs into Electronic Commerce application enhancements or new Electronic Commerce applications.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned.



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:



  1. Bachelor's Degree in E-Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Two years work experience in electronic commerce, training, project management, business, marketing, customer service or related area.
  3. Excellent customer service skills.
  4. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  6. Proven organizational skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  8. Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for performance and attitude on the job.
  9. Proven presentation skills.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:



  1. Experience creating training, procedural and policy documentation.
  2. Training, or related work experience in the managed care industry and/or electronic commerce.
  3. Application testing experience.
