You'llcoordinate and manage all program activities, ensuring we meet every regulatory requirement. Your key responsibilities include:



  • Operational Management:Coordinating and managing all program functionsto ensure smooth and effective service delivery.

  • Building and developing a great team:Overseeinghiring, training, and schedulingof our dedicated Direct Support Professionals.



  • Ensuring seamless support:Coordinating all appointments and activitiesfor the individuals we serve.



  • Maintaining excellence:Keepingaccurate and compliant recordsof all operations.


  • Regulatory Compliance:Acting as theprimary safeguardto ensure all activities strictly adhere toregulatory requirements.

SCHEDULE:Days, Salaried, Oncall responsibilities will include other hours as needed to support the department/agency.Position will work in Grand Island.

  • Required Certifications:Current or immediate willingness to obtain certifications inCPRandMed Aide 40.
