The Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of Texas at Tyler School of Medicine is seeking a BC/BE General Gastroenterologist. This is an outstanding opportunity for experienced or new grad GI to join an established Clinical Faculty team at UT Health East Texas.

Your Work:

  • Single Specialty GI model in (2) beautiful East Texas communities in Pittsburg & Quitman, Texas
  • Schedule 8am--5pm M-F (4) OR procedure days & (1) clinic day
  • Call: (10) days a month
  • Outpatient endoscopy14 procedures a day
  • Outpatient clinic 15 patients a day
  • Teaching and mentorship of students, residents, & fellows
  • Smart Technology: See more patients without extending your day. Our providers use Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology to automate documentation, reduce administrative burden, improve patient flow, and ensure accurate coding-leading to better work-life balance and revenue.
