What to Expect You will be a vital support partner to both the Engineering Program Manager and the Program Manager within Tesla's Infrastructure EPC team. In Tesla's intense, fast-paced environment, you will act as a highly organized force multiplier - helping translate complex program demands into structured, actionable execution. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a proactive bias for action. You will coordinate across engineering, construction, procurement, and cross-functional stakeholders to keep ambitious infrastructure programs on track, ensure clear visibility of progress and risks, and maintain the high-quality documentation and communication cadence Tesla demands.
