We are seeking an Electrical Mechanical Technician to join our Maintenance team at our Green Bay Packerland facility. In this role, you will troubleshoot and maintain critical manufacturing equipment to ensure reliability and performance. This position follows a 12-hour rotating swing shift (2-2-3 schedule) and provides the opportunity to work independently and take ownership of equipment on your shift.

You will operate as the primary maintenance technician on your shift, supporting operations and taking ownership of equipment performance. Initial training will be conducted on a day shift before transitioning to nights (6:30 PM - 6:30 AM). This role includes a $7/hour night shift differential.

Our Team

The Packerland facility is a high-performing manufacturing team focused on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. You will work alongside experienced operators and maintenance professionals supporting converting and packaging operations in a collaborative environment.

What You Will Do

  • Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems up to 480V, including motors, starters, and drives
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, and hydraulic systems
  • Utilize Programable Logic Controllers (PLC) and schematics to identify and resolve equipment issues
  • Perform precision maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
  • Act as the primary maintenance technician on shift, supporting operations and taking ownership of equipment performance
  • Follow all safety and environmental procedures while contributing to plant safety initiatives

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Two (2)+ years of industrial electrical and/or mechanical maintenance experience, OR completion of a technical degree or certification in electromechanical maintenance
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical circuits, PLCs, variable frequency drives, or servo drive controls
  • Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment across both electrical and mechanical systems

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Maintenance experience in a manufacturing or paper industry environment
  • Welding, machining, or rigging experience or certification
  • Working knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC)
