Auria is looking to hire a Global COSA to support the C2BMC program. This role is ONSITE in Colorado Springs. The selected candidate will be part of a team that performs daily system monitoring and the operations and maintenance of the C2BMC-G systems in a 24x7 operations and test environment, enabling Space Domain Awareness and Space Defense. The candidate will provide first-level technical support to the customer and perform initial troubleshooting of all local C2BMC-G hardware, software, and networks. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO: * Will document and report all events and issues to leadership * Will receive tasking and direction from leadership for all operations, tests, and real-world events * Will assist with the maintenance of user accounts as directed by the local ISSO * Maintains and operates the C2BMC-G mission and training systems environment for both operational and training missions, supported by C2BMC's location in the Missile Defense Integration & Operations Center (MDIOC) * Solves problems of limited to moderate scope and complexity * Work is closely supervised, following established policies and procedures, or performed under very general supervision * Contacts are primarily with the immediate supervisor and within the company or group, but may be external as well * Performs other duties and assignments as required WHAT THE TEAM REQUIRES: * A Bachelor's Degree in STEM Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from an accredited university, along with 2 years of experience; or a Master's degree in a STEM-related field with 0 years of relevant work experience; or 6 years of relevant work experience may be considered as an alternative to a degree * Applicants must have a current, active DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (such as Security+ CE, SecurityX, CCNA Security, CySA+ *, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, CASP+ CE, CISSP, etc.) at the time of application, which is required to start. The candidate is responsible for maintaining their DoD 8140 certification throughout the entire contract period Applicants must have a current, active in-scope DoD-issued Top Secret security clearance at the time of application, which is required to start with the eligibility to be read onto SCI clearance * Strong background and experience in operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems/networking environments * Must have experience in system and/or network administration that includes the following (UNIX, Linux, and Windows) * Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software components * Experienced in data flow usage and able to troubleshoot with internal and external agencies to establish network connectivity * Mission-Driven Professional: Collaborative contributor motivated by the opportunity to develop cutting-edge solutions that protect and serve both the nation and the world.
