Office Manager- Third-Party Crematory

East Tennessee Cremation Company is seeking a highly organized full-time Office Manager to join our team in Maryville, TN. This critical role oversees documentation, regulatory compliance, and client relations with our funeral homes.
Our Office Manager will: manage cremation documentation and legal compliance, coordinate decedent intakes and schedule deliveries, perform data entry and maintain rigorous chain-of-custody records, and act as primary liaison for funeral home partners.
Death care industry experience a plus, but not required.
Pay starting at $22/hr. Benefits include 100% Employer-paid Health, Vision, and Dental insurance, 401k, PTO.
