Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading the design, delivery, and evaluation of training and quality programs that support consistent, highperforming operations across the organization. Oversees a team of learning and quality professionals, ensuring employees have the skills, knowledge, and support needed to meet performance expectations and deliver a positive experience.

Develops and maintains training curricula, creates effective learning materials, and implements quality assurance processes to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement. Collaborates with leaders across the organization to identify capability needs, address performance trends, and support new initiatives. Partners closely with HR to ensure organizational standards, policies, and competency frameworks are applied consistently.

Maintains strong communication with stakeholders to address emerging issues and enhance training and quality outcomes.

Role Accountabilities Include



  • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and delivery of training curricula, systems, and learning content.
  • Maintain open communication with leaders to ensure training programs align with operational goals and address emerging needs.
  • Analyze training needs and develop new programs or enhance existing ones using principles of adult learning and individual differences.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify training priorities based on organizational changes, workforce needs, and strategic direction.
  • Develop training materials, manuals, multimedia resources, and evaluation tools to support effective learning.
  • Establish training policies and procedures for classroom, virtual, on the job, and blended learning environments.
  • Train and coach managers, supervisors, and instructors on effective training techniques and facilitation skills.
  • Support talent management processes by implementing best practices in recruiting, screening, hiring, development, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee onboarding processes from offer acceptance through full integration into the department.
  • Serve as an organizational development partner to leaders, identifying performance or culture barriers and designing targeted interventions (e.g., workshops, focus groups, team development).
  • Partner with HR to support recruitment, retention, and talent development strategies aligned with organizational frameworks.
  • Establish and manage quality assurance and compliance processes to ensure consistent service and operational standards.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, training and development, or related field (required).
  • Master's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in training development and implementation.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
  • Senior HR certification (preferred)


Salary Range: $160,000 to $200,000 per year. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
