Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $84.78 - $109.85 (Hourly Rate). Required Qualifications
This position requires flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Medical Center locations.2-3-years RN experience in Acute Care Hospital SettingExperience with holistic approach to meeting patients medical, vocational, educational, and environmental needs.


Preferred Qualifications
BSN or CRRN (Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse)Charge nurse experienceExperience in Acute Rehabilitation Care strongly preferred, but combination of education, other experience and specialty training may be consideredDemonstrate competency in ARU nursing.

Required Qualifications

  • Flexibility to orient and work across all UCSF Medical Center locations
  • Two (2) to three (3) years of RN experience in an acute care hospital setting
  • Experience utilizing a holistic approach to address patients' medical, vocational, educational, and environmental needs

Licensure and Certifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California
  • Current healthcare provider CPR certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (for Adult Critical Care)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) certification
  • Charge nurse experience
  • Experience in acute rehabilitation care strongly preferred; equivalent combination of education, experience, and specialty training may be considered
  • Demonstrated competency in Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) nursing
