Position Overview

NRI Staffing's client is seeking a professional and reliable On-Call Concierge to support a high-end residential/community environment in McLean, VA. This role is not full-time and is ideal for someone looking for flexible, as-needed work. The Concierge will serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, ensuring a welcoming and well-managed front desk experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and visitor check-ins
• Coordinate package handling, deliveries, and resident requests
• Monitor building access and maintain visitor logs
• Assist with coordinating service requests and communicating with property staff
• Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
• Respond to issues or requests promptly and escalate when necessary
