Job description:

  • Scan and file documents into the appropriate online systems and physical files as needed.
  • Complete audits of departmental data as needed; Follow up with Team Members to collect documents as needed to ensure completion.
  • Maintain updated information on internal intranet
  • Create and post internal bulletins as needed
  • Assist with month end reporting
  • Reconciliations of bi-weekly & quarterly reports
  • Assist assigned department with internal audits
  • Will work with the assigned department on various projects
  • Prepare informational emails for Team Members and send reminders of department
  • Complete other tasks and projects as assigned.

  • Comply with all applicable regulations and Bank policies.
  • Participate in annual compliance and other job-related training.
  • Comply with applicable bank regulations, Bank policies and procedures.
  • Comply with Bank's internal privacy and ethics standards.

Relationships and Contacts

Internal: Contact with Team Members from various areas of the Bank.

External: Limited contact with third party vendors.

Education and Experience

  • Completion of Junior Year of High School
  • Previous work experience preferred

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to interact well with Team Members and customers
  • Strong in attention to details and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and remain organized

Working Conditions

Traditional office environment, the office maintains five day a week operations (Monday - Friday) with operational hours of 8am - 5pm.
