What does the Principle IT Project Manager do? Including but not limited to: The Senior IT Project Manager - Digital Delivery is an individual contributor role responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-scale digital initiatives across Texas Oncology. This role owns delivery outcomes across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring initiatives are planned, executed, and operationalized with rigor, transparency, and alignment to the digital transformation roadmap. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, partnering closely with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to translate strategic priorities into executable delivery plans, while ensuring adherence to enterprise IT standards, security requirements, and production-readiness expectations.
