Nice to have: * IAM & SailPoint Program Delivery Expertise: Deep understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts and hands-on leadership of SailPoint (IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud/IdentityNow) implementations, including Identity Source of Truth, JML automation, application onboarding, and entitlement governance. *Description* **This position is 100% remote though the customer prefers someone in CT or ET** Our customer is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead a large, multiyear enterprise transformation program consisting of numerous interdependent workstreams. This highly visible role is responsible for orchestrating complex cross-functional delivery, driving program governance, managing executive stakeholder alignment, and ensuring consistent progress across technical and business domains. The ideal candidate has deep experience running large, multi-workstream programs within matrixed organizations, establishing strong program structure, and partnering with Senior leaders to drive strategy, execution, and organizational readiness. Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or SailPoint is helpful but not required. What matters most is the ability to run a strategic program at scale, manage organizational complexity, and influence at the executive level. Program Context (Current State): The IAM program has an established foundation and is moving into scaled execution. Recently completed and in-flight activities include: - Governance & Cadence: Weekly program working sessions; biweekly Program SteerCo; monthly Executive SteerCo; regular alignment meetings with stakeholder and peer teams. - Planning & Structure: Initial milestone framework, preliminary budget breakdown/forecast, RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), stakeholder identification/confirmation. - Execution Initiatives: Two new workstreams initiated in ServiceNow, program communications planning launched, planning workshops scheduled; SteerCo presentation template created and first draft prepared. - Operational Considerations: Continued process standardization across GTS/TA; ServiceNow platform updates occurring alongside implementation (training/documentation refresh needed); collaboration governance for Teams workspaces; prioritization and sequencing across concurrent initiatives; navigating broader organizational transition with clear program objectives. The incoming Senior Program Manager will mature these structures, standardize processes, and accelerate delivery momentum. Key Responsibilities; Program Leadership & Governance *Own the end-to-end leadership of a complex, multi-year transformation program with multiple interconnected workstreams. *Establish and maintain program governance, including: oWeekly program working sessions oBi-weekly Program Steering Committee oMonthly Executive Steering Committee *Define program KPIs, success metrics, quality gates, and operate a structured RAID log. *Ensure all workstreams remain aligned to strategic business outcomes and organizational priorities. Multi-Workstream Delivery Management *Drive day-to-day oversight of multiple project managers, workstream leads, and cross-functional contributors. *Manage interdependencies, critical path activities, and resource constraints across technology, operations, and business teams. *Support planning workshops, milestone tracking, and program forecasting to maintain schedule integrity. *Partner closely with teams working in platforms such as ServiceNow to support workflow automation, process development, and issue resolution. Executive Stakeholder Engagement *Serve as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors and Senior leadership across the organization. *Develop and deliver clear, concise, and actionable executive communication, including SteerCo decks and decision-ready recommendations. *Build alignment across cybersecurity, IT operations, HR, and business organizations to ensure consistent expectations and decision-making. Operational Readiness & Change Leadership *Support the development of new or evolving operational processes and ensure consistent adoption across teams. *Lead program-wide communication planning, documentation, and collaboration governance (e.g., Teams workspace structure, version control). *Guide teams through organizational change, providing clarity on program objectives, roles, and dependencies. Risk, Issue, and Resource Management *Proactively identify and mitigate program risks, cross-team dependencies, and systemic blockers. *Support leadership teams in sequencing priorities and ensuring efficient allocation of resources. *Ensure all workstreams adhere to governance standards, reporting expectations, and delivery best practices. Required Qualifications *15+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex, multi-workstream programs in enterprise environments. *Proven expertise in program governance, roadmap development, executive communication, and cross-functional orchestration. *Strong ability to influence and align Senior leaders, resolve conflict, and drive consensus across competing priorities. *Experience managing programs with budgets of $5M+ and durations of 3+ years. *Strong understanding of technology-driven transformation programs (process, systems, data, operations). *Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executive committees. *Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field-or equivalent experience. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr.
