Bilingual Training Coordinator

STS Technical Services is hiring a Bilingual Training Coordinator in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role supports safety programs, employee training, and operational awareness across a growing manufacturing environment. Our client is a growing manufacturing company located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and is seeking a Bilingual Training Coordinator to support safety initiatives, employee development, and training program execution.

This role works closely with HR and safety teams to improve workplace safety, deliver effective training, and ensure employees are properly equipped to perform their jobs safely and efficiently.

• Work with HR and safety teams to identify and resolve safety issues and areas for improvement
  
• Assist in tracking and following up on all accidents and near-miss reports to prevent future incidents
  
• Improve safety awareness through weekly supervisor-led safety discussions and track employee participation
  
• Conduct new hire orientations and safety onboarding programs
  
• Follow up on safety-related work orders and improvements to ensure progress is being made
  
• Deliver classroom and hands-on training within work cells
  
• Provide forklift, scissor lift, and crane training
  
• Lead new hire safety training initiatives
  
• Identify training needs and implement employee training programs
  
• Monitor working procedures for safety and training-related issues and recommend improvements
  
• Assist with on-the-job training by organizing procedures, coordinating trainer and trainee interactions, and tracking progress
  
• Support injury reporting and investigation processes
  

• Knowledge of safety and HR training practices
  
• Ability to work independently and be self-directed
  
• Strong oral and written communication skills
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  
• Ability to commute to Milwaukee, Wisconsin
  
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
