What We're Looking For: A skilled plumbing technician who independently completes intermediate to advanced repair and maintenance tasks across the property's plumbing systems. This role ensures efficient and reliable operation of water, drainage, and related mechanical systems while supporting guest comfort and timely issue resolution. Who You Are: * Analytical and confident when diagnosing technical issues. What You Will Do: * Perform skilled plumbing work including diagnosing issues, repairing or replacing system components, and completing intermediate installations. Your Experience Includes: * Typically has experience independently performing plumbing installations, repairs, and diagnostics in commercial, multifamily, or hospitality environments.
