Position Overview Milliman's Tampa Health Practice is looking for a highly technical and strategic Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) with 8+ years of experience to join our Health Practice. This role focuses on the intersection of Pharmacy Economics and Advanced Risk Modeling. You will advise top-tier clients (Health Plans, PBMs, and Life Sciences companies) on complex drug pricing strategies, formulary impact modeling, and the financial implications of high-cost gene therapies. The staff consists of actuarial professionals in addition to healthcare consultants, administrative, and other non-actuarial staff.
