Duties, Responsibilities & Other The position is the front desk receptionist and meets and greets individuals and clients at the front door. Assists with a variety of miscellaneous items related to general office coordination and other duties as assigned. This person must have strong interpersonal communication, technical writing, and time management skills. Candidate should possess a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite with proficiency in Word and Excel. Ability to quickly learn and utilize database, spreadsheet, editing, graphic and production software, as well as the ability to do targeted online research and summarization will be necessary for success.
Assists in managing the fleet including coordinating service and tracking vehicle assignments.
