ChristianaCare is hiring a Legal Analyst to support the full cycle of the legal process, claims management, and litigation supervised by the Legal/Risk Management Department on behalf of Christiana Care Health System, Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively, ChristianaCare). This position performs a diverse and complex array of tasks for both attorneys and risk managers, with a high degree of independence. This position works closely with other members of the Legal/Risk Management Department to support ChristianaCare's overarching risk management and legal needs and further ChristianaCare's strategic goals. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about the functions of an acute care hospital and its related entities; have the ability to translate information into practical terms that facilitate judgments and decisions and * have excellent oral and written communication skills, including public speaking and project report writing.
