The Role & Your Impact You'll work with a team of four operators to run daily production, complete cleaning tasks, and support smooth shift handoffs. Responsibilities include: Cleaning work areas and machinery to foodgrade standards Supporting processing from harvest through packaging Running walkdowns, taking samples, and monitoring safe operations Collaborating with teammates to maintain quality and efficiency What You'll Need to Be Successful High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of GMP and industrial vehicles (training provided) Ability to learn production processes and follow safety procedures Physical ability to lift 60 lbs, climb stairs, work at heights, kneel/squat, use PPE, and enter confined spaces No conditions preventing safe respirator use or safe plant operation Additional Skills & Interests We Value Willingness to learn each step of the process Interest in modulebased and peer training Strong teamwork and safety mindset What We Offer Clean, organized work environment Skill development and certification modules Supportive, safetydriven culture Ways of Working / Working Conditions Schedule: 12hour shifts (6:30-7:00 AM/PM) Rotating days/nights every 2 weeks 223 schedule Overtime often available Environment: Clean factory setting with some noise Indoor/outdoor movement required Compensation & Benefits $25.05/hr base +$3/hr night shift differential 1.5O Sunday rate Overtime opportunities Certification program Benefits you will enjoy: 401(k) with up to a 9% company contribution Minimum of 3 weeksofvacation plus 12 holidays and 2 weeks of Wellness Time Health, Dental, Vision & Life insurance Healthcare savings accountoption Employeeassistanceprogram Parental leave Tuition reimbursement All benefits begin on your first day Our purpose guides the way In Novonesis, we know that solutions rooted in biology can help solve humanity's biggest challenges.
