Position Title: Banquet Server Reports To: Banquet Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt OVERALL DESCRIPTION OF JOB SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Banquet Server performs all tasks associated with setting up, serving, and breaking down of function rooms where banquet food service activities are performed. Responsible for the prompt, courteous, smooth, and efficient service of food and beverage to guests during banquet functions. Additionally, work as a team to follow through with the proper and timely set-up and execution of banquet events. RELATIONSHIPS: This position reports to the Banquet Manager, retains relationships with peers and all other departments within the hotel, maintains relationships with current and prospective clients and guests.
