Organizational Development Specialist - SAP S/4HANA JOB SUMMARY The Organizational Development Specialist - SAP S/4HANA is a Human Resources role responsible for the day to day execution of organizational development and change management activities supporting Terumo BCT's SAP S/4HANA transformation and related enterprise initiatives. This role focuses on operationalizing established change management approaches by coordinating stakeholder analysis, engagement and change network activities, communications, training enablement, and readiness tracking. The role partners closely with the Organizational Development Lead (S/4HANA), HR Centers of Excellence, regional HR partners, PMO, IT, and Learning & Development to ensure consistent, high quality execution of change activities that support business readiness, adoption, and sustainment across regions and functions.
