Primary Function
The 1st Shift Machine Operator will be responsible for the manufacturing of water heater components per department standards. This position serves in the overall function and operation of the heating, plating, and burner department. The operator will cross-train on operations in each department and follow quality and safety standards. Operator will use measurement tools, work instructions, and production schedule to meet daily production needs and customer requirements along with monitoring performance to optimize production processes. Regularly Scheduled Hours: 1st Shift (6:00am - 2:30pm) Monday - Friday, OT as needed Pay: $20.29/hour Sign On Bonus Opportunity:$1500
