We're growing quickly and looking for experienced Fire Sprinkler Technicians to join our team in Houston. This is an urgent hiring need, and we're ready to interview immediately. What You'll Do Install, service, and repair fire sprinkler systems across commercial projects Work on new installations, retrofits, and tenant improvement projects Perform system repairs and additions on existing sprinkler systems Read and interpret blueprints and fire protection drawings Cut, thread, and groove pipe using industry-standard tools Handle: Valve repairs and replacements Pipe repairs Sprinkler head replacements and additions Fire pump maintenance (preferred) Provide guidance and support to junior installers and helpers What You Bring 5+ years of experience installing and servicing fire sprinkler systems Strong knowledge of: Wet, dry, and pre-action systems NFPA 13 & 20 codes Ability to read and interpret system design drawings Experience with pipe fitting tools and safe work practices Understanding of OSHA safety standards Experience with backflow prevention and fire pumps (plus) Underground piping experience (plus) Ability to train and mentor junior team members What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $30-$40/hr DOE Company truck provided Full-time, stable direct hire opportunity Consistent work across Houston and throughout Texas Travel with home time on weekends (most cases) Opportunity to grow with a recognized industry leader About Us Advantage Technical connects top- talent in technology, engineering, and technical fields with forward-looking companies.
