The Opportunity with McKinstry The Business Technology team is seeking a Product Manager to serve as a dedicated partner to the Energy & Technical Services lines of business. In this role, you'll own the backlog across a broad portfolio of products and platforms end-to-end - managing ServiceNow ticket queues, coordinating responses, and driving integrations across interconnected systems - while building trusted relationships with business leaders and operational stakeholders. The ideal candidate is comfortable running Agile ceremonies, navigating mid-sized project management, and keeping cross-functional priorities aligned across both technology and business teams. Prior experience in - or working alongside - businesses that deliver energy services, building performance, facilities management, or technical construction and engineering is a plus, as familiarity with the operational complexity of those environments translates directly into this role. This is a high-visibility position for someone ready to take on meaningful product ownership and help the organization deliver more value from the platforms it already has. The pay range for this position is $89,010 - $151,300 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
