Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Field Support Technician for a contract position with a Major US Airline located in Salt Lake City, UT. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role involves deploying, installing, and supporting IT hardware such as desktops, laptops, and peripherals as part of a regional PC refresh program. The technician will handle a broad scope of operational support and install, move, add, and change (IMAC) requests in office and airport environments. Responsibilities: Deploy, install, and replace desktop computers, laptops, monitors, and peripherals as part of the regional PC Refresh Provide a broad scope of operational support and handle install, move, add, and change (IMAC) requests Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions Produce timely and detailed service reports and document processes Collect and analyze performance data to provide technical assistance Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions related to software and setup errors Build positive relationships with customers Requirements: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in IT field support, desktop support, or similar roles Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware Experience with device imaging, deployment tools, and refresh processes Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues Excellent customer service and communication skills when supporting end users Ability to lift, move, and transport computer equipment as required Ability to use a ladder Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
