The Culture & Organizational Effectiveness Coordinator is responsible for supporting and advancing initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement, and overall effectiveness. This role serves as a key contributor to the operational execution of programs, data analysis, and change management efforts that create a thriving workplace and drive measurable improvements in organizational performance. This role partners closely with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to enable data-driven insights, support culture-building initiatives, and ensure alignment across organizational effectiveness programs. The Culture & Organizational Effectiveness Coordinator translates stakeholder needs into actionable plans, ensuring programs are implemented with clarity, consistency, and measurable impact. With a strong focus on organizational development, data analysis, and process coordination, this role supports the continuous evolution of DataBank's culture and helps teams navigate culture programs with confidence and alignment. Success in this role requires curiosity, ownership, strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of employee and stakeholder experiences, and an analytical mindset, with a proven ability to operationalize organizational strategy into scalable, meaningful interventions. Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of organizational effectiveness initiatives, including culture and communications-related process improvement projects, change management efforts, and culture-building activities.
- Conduct data collection and analysis using organizational metrics such as employee surveys, engagement scores, and attrition data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare clear, data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels below the C-Suite.
- Assist with change management by coordinating communication, training, and support activities for organizational change initiatives (e.g., new systems, process changes, restructuring).
- Lead project coordination efforts by creating project plans, tracking timelines, and ensuring accountability and visibility across organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with HR, business leaders, and employees across departments to understand needs and support program success.
- Support the continued measurement and organizational adoption of culture archetypes and the CultureTalk instrument.
- Facilitate group discussions, workshops, and training sessions to drive engagement and adoption of organizational effectiveness programs.
- Establish best practices and create documentation to ensure consistent implementation of organizational development initiatives.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed to support the team in achieving management objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in a for-profit organization.
- 1-3 years of experience in organizational development, HR, change management, learning & development, employee engagement/well-being, rewards and recognition, or related areas.
- Experience supporting projects or initiatives aimed at improving organizational culture, communications, and/or performance.
- Familiarity with organizational development concepts (e.g., change management, process improvement, employee engagement, communications).
- Experience using data analytics or survey tools (Microsoft Excel, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, etc.) for employee feedback analysis and organizational diagnostics.
- Basic project management skills.
- Leadership skills: Ability to lead without authority and promote objectives across organizational teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to support reporting, presentations, and training; comfortable presenting to all levels of leadership below the C-Suite.
- Analytical skills: Ability to organize and analyze organizational data, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to build relationships across departments, work collaboratively, and facilitate group discussions.
- Consulting mindset: Ability to understand stakeholder needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
