FAMILY TREATMENT SERVICES
Department: Women's Way Position: Treatment Services Supervisor Reports to: Clinical Director Status: Full Time, Exempt Schedule: Flexible Salary Range: $60,320 to $64,4800 JOB SUMMARY: The primary role of the Treatment Services Supervisor is to provide clinical supervision of the treatment services provided by the residential and outpatient counseling staff to ensure that all integrated substance use disorder treatment program service delivery, licensing, accreditation and best practices and contract standards/procedures are met. Supervisor may cover and/or maintain a small client caseload. QUALIFICATIONS: Certified Substance Abuse Counselor Certification (CSAC) and a minimum of two years of supervisory experience required. Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) certification and/or master's degree in a behavioral health discipline preferred. Preference for a minimum of 5 years' experience in a residential substance use treatment facility for women and/or supervisory or managerial role in any accredited substance use treatment program. Personal vehicle and valid Hawaii State driver license required ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Able to meet basic standards of physical, mental health, and communication demands. Specified by State and/or professional accreditation standards applicable to this agency.
