Pay: $19/hr Start Date: March 9th Location: Grand Prairie, TX 75050 Schedule: Hybrid (Training on-site, then 2 days remote / 3 days in office) Contract Length: 6month contract-to-hire Description As an Account Representative, you will communicate with customers to schedule inhome product demonstrations and support directtoconsumer sales. You will source, qualify, and follow up on leads using scripts, internal systems, and product knowledge. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and a salesdriven mindset, with the ability to build rapport and overcome objections. * Coordinate with multiple departments to schedule product demonstrations and installation appointments nationwide * Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting * Participate in regular training and development sessions * Qualify inbound and outbound leads to convert them into scheduled appointments * Source new sales opportunities through lead followup * Manage prospects at every stage of the appointmentsetting cycle * Apply a strong sales mentality to confidently overcome objections Candidates must be available for all listed hours. Weekly Structure: * Work Monday-Friday with one weekday off * Must work either Saturday or Sunday Shift Options: * Monday-Friday: 11:00 AM-8:00 PM or 12:00 PM-9:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM * Sunday: 10:00 AM-7:00 PM Top Skills Details Appointment scheduling Customer service Outbound calls SALES Warm leads Additional Skills & Qualifications * Minimum 1 year Collections/sales experience preferred (financial services, call center, retail, etc.) * High School Diploma or equivalent * Proficiency with Windows based applications * Familiarity with Zoom - teleconference equipment * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * An understanding of call center fundamentals * Experience working in a fast-paced environment * Ability to empathize with customers Experience Level Entry Level #prioritywest Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Prairie, TX 75050.
