ERP Analyst - Victor Stanley

Description

The ERP Analyst leads the company through the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D-365), transitioning from the legacy Microsoft Dynamics NAV system. This role will be instrumental in managing the full lifecycle of the ERP implementation, including data gathering (e.g., time studies), processing documentation, and user training. Post-implementation, the ERP Analyst will remain a permanent member of the team, serving as the primary support resource for D-365.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Lead the D-365 implementation project, including planning, execution, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, organize, and analyze operational data (e.g., time studies) to inform system configuration.
  • Define and document business requirements for system enhancements and new functionalities.
  • Customize and configure workflows to integrate client/server applications.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure system accuracy and user acceptance.
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system utilization and user adoption.
  • Serve as the liaison between internal stakeholders and external consultants.
  • Support modules including production control, inventory/warehouse management, sales and marketing, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain project plans and mitigate risks throughout the implementation process.

Education and/or Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related fie...
  • 3+ years of experience with ERP systems, preferably legacy Microsoft Dynamics NAV system or D-365.
  • Experience with manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics operations.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Experience with time studies or industrial engineering data collection is highly desirable.


Computer Skills:



  • Familiarity with formal project management methodologies.
  • Experience with financial and operational reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
