Job Overview We are seeking Commercial Low Voltage Installation Technicians to support ongoing projects throughout Nashville, TN. This role is ideal for technicians with handson experience running and terminating lowvoltage cabling in commercial environments who are looking for stable work with longterm potential. Technicians will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of lowvoltage systems, including telecommunications and security infrastructure, while delivering quality workmanship and strong customer service. Top Skills & Core Requirements * 1+ year of commercial lowvoltage experience * Proven experience running and terminating Cat5/Cat6 cabling * Experience punching down to blocks and patch panels * Must be local to Nashville, TN Primary Responsibilities * Install, maintain, and repair lowvoltage systems in commercial settings * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams * Install and program lowvoltage systems including: * Telecommunications equipment * Security systems * Audio and video systems * Troubleshoot wiring, connectivity, and system performance issues * Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes * Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule * Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time and materials * Provide professional customer service and ensure client satisfaction Secondary Skills (Nice to Have) * CCTV systems * Access control systems Qualifications * High school diploma or GED required * Associate degree or technical certification preferred * Minimum 1 year of experience installing lowvoltage systems in commercial environments * Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills * Ability to work independently or as part of a team * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Additional Skills & Expectations * Dependable with a proven record of punctuality * Strong attention to detail * Growth mindset and solid work ethic Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
