Description Our client has 2 open roles being a Security Administrator and Security Engineer. Engineer is around planning, building and Admin is focused around the run portion. Both can be Contract, Contract-to-Hire (preferred) or Direct Placement. Salary: Admin $100-150K, Security Engineer $120-170K. MUST be onsite 5 days a week with a strong dress code. Our client is looking to combine SentinelOne with MS Defender. Currently in testing stage and the Sr. Security Engineer will likely be coming in and assisting with this project. They are looking to have a big IAM/PAM project in the near future and will be looking at implementing BeyondTrust. Experience implementing an IAM/PAM solution will be beneficial. Tech Stack (ideally looking for exact tools, some comparable tooling can be considered) SIEM = QRadar Networking = Zscaler Segmentation = Cisco (CSW) EndPoint = SentinelOne Proofpoint Azure AD/Entra ID ExtraHop / HashiCorp Manage and support various IT Security centric applications for our client's environment, with multiple sites, and complex enterprise application requirements. Job Description: Support and maintain IT Security applications and systems in support of the IT Security group in our client's enterprise Develop documentation for installing, supporting and troubleshooting IT Security systems Work with enterprise architects, developers, and support staff to design optimal security practices when developing new application requirements Mitigate security risks associated with systems and applications, which have a high technical complexity and/or involve significant challenges to the business Interpret business requirements and functional specifications to recommend application security requirements and solutions Communicate technical application security concepts to business users, developers, architects, and managers Knowledge of software development lifecycles, concepts, and methodologies Ability to interact with technical managers and development teams to articulate application requirements Knowledge of application security technical controls and common vulnerabilities Work in a senior level application support role, and train junior staff as required Competencies: Bachelor's Degree required or relevant experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with enterprise level applications Requires travel to branch and international locations Responsibilities: Ability to interact with technical managers and development teams to articulate application requirements Communicate technical application security concepts to business users, developers, architects, and managers Develop documentation for installing, supporting and troubleshooting IT Security systems Interpret business requirements and functional specifications to recommend application security requirements Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pleasant Prairie, WI.
