As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a residential community, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with residents and property staff, and respond to issues with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by following site-specific procedures, community rules, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or access concerns.
• Monitor and control access at entrances and amenity areas by verifying authorization, documenting visitor and vendor activity, and directing individuals to the proper locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and resident requests in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with property management and/or local emergency services as needed.
• Complete accurate daily activity logs and incident reports, communicate noteworthy security-related information to the oncoming shift, and assist with community rule reminders when required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
