Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Sr. Benefits Partner - Benefits Administration to join our ever-evolving Benefits team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

The Sr. Benefits Partner is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs, including managing open enrollment and the outsourced benefits enrollment platform, health, disability and 401k. The Sr. Benefits Partner is also responsible for resolving benefit questions, improving existing processes, and providing technical support in the delivery of benefit programs. Additionally, the Sr. Benefit Partner is responsible for managing benefit administration internally and with external vendors, as well as the implementation of various benefit projects.

What you'll own as the Sr. Benefits Partner - Benefits Administrator

  • Manage end-to-end administration of benefit programs, including outsourced benefits enrollment platforms, health programs, absence management, and 401k for headcount across the United States.

  • Lead US annual open enrollment activities; including communications, testing, and updating platforms.

  • Act as day-to-day contact for benefit vendors to ensure accurate enrollment, claims processing, billing, and issue resolution.

  • Lead and coordinate the establishment of processes for efficient and accurate data file transfers. Leads audits related to data file accuracy and completions.

  • Develop and maintain compliance-related requirements (i.e. ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, State leave laws). Stay informed of new legislation and research new legislation for benefit design and policies to understand broader impact to current programs and systems.

  • Analyze benefits utilization data and employee feedback to identify opportunities for program improvement.

  • Maintain benefits plans and processes in HRIS system, including system setup and configuration.

  • Develop and run reports as needed to support budgeting, billing, and eligibility audits. Do data analysis as needed for cost projections.

  • Ensure plan documents and knowledge articles are up-to-date.

  • Partner with various groups on benefit administration and issue resolution (Payroll, Legal, Operations, HRBPs, Finance, etc.).

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or a related field; OR 10 years of equivalent experience

  • 7-10 years of benefits management experience to include open enrollment and outsourced benefits enrollment platforms, self-funded benefit plans, disability, 401k, and ancillary benefit plans

  • Experience managing vendor relationships and large-scale program implementations

  • Experience maintaining SharePoint

  • Working knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow

  • Experience supporting M&A activity including due diligence and integration of benefit programs

  • Experience administering benefits for large organizations (10K+ employees)

For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $91,900.00-$138,700.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role's responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate's experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
