HOUSING MANAGER

South Central Alabama Regional Housing Authority is seeking applications for a housing manager.

Nature of Work: This is a responsible position for which the successful candidate will have experience with the full spectrum of on-site property management and be responsible for approximately 150 units of project based voucher units, including operations functions, management, leasing, lease enforcement, rent collections, and conducting annual and interim re-examinations of income and family composition. The managed property is located In Midway and Union Springs, Alabama.

The Housing Authority offers a benefit package which includes Employees Retirement Systems of Alabama, Blue Cross and Blue Shield health insurance, and paid annual and sick leave.
