We build websites, apps, newsletters, and other products that power the digital offerings of a major national brand and hundreds of local news brands nationwide. We've been a distributed team since before it was cool, with a hybrid culture shaped by fully remote teammates and those working from local offices across the country. Our geographic diversity brings us closer to our audiences, keeping them at the center of our work. And because many of us live in communities served by journalism, we take extra pride in helping it succeed. What You'll Do Video is a cornerstone of USA TODAY Co.'s digital strategy, delivering compelling storytelling and immersive experiences across platforms. As Senior Director, Video Products , you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for our video product ecosystem-spanning web, mobile apps, and the video publishing workflow that powers our newsroom. You will lead a team of product professionals-including Product and Project Managers-while partnering closely with editorial, engineering, design, marketing, and data teams. Your mission: to grow the value, reach, and engagement of our video experiences for audiences nationwide, from breaking news clips to premium long-form content. This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role-setting a bold roadmap, aligning stakeholders, and rolling up your sleeves to make things happen. You'll measure success by product KPIs tied to audience growth, engagement, and revenue impact. Responsibilities
