Our client is looking for an implementation / program manager to support a growing team! This is a traveling role where you would be traveling 40% of the time and then working remotely the remainder of the time. The Program Manager is responsible for leading activities across business units for services related to large, complex, multi-solution projects. They are accountable to build and maintain the strategic implementation roadmap for enterprise solutions in addition to serving as a trusted adviser to our clients, ultimately driving outcomes. They will also ensure that project, program, and change management best practices, standards, governance, procedures, tools, and templates for successful solution delivery are closely administered to meet client and quality goals and objectives. *What You'll Do:* Client Relationship Management: Proactive client communication through participation in regular scheduled meetings with sponsors and stakeholders. Project Management: Support client to develop and maintain the project or program charter. Outcomes and Quality Management: Understand key operational and business issues while maintaining awareness of the clients' goals and objectives, ensuring that requirements and expectations are realized. Manage the Organization: Sustain communication with the sales team (Regional Directors, Client Success Managers, and Sales Support) for transition to implementation and strategic client account plan development. Reporting: Document and distribute executive status reports, at minimal, on a monthly basis. Build analytical scorecards to better support ease of consumable data for projects or programs. Ad hoc reporting as needed. *What We Look For:* 10 + years of progressive experience in project and program management with a focus on outcomes in a health care environment. - *Healthcare experience is required * Experience leading multiple large, complex projects or programs simultaneously, functioning with a high degree of autonomy and independence. Track record on customer focus, based on openness, trust, and delivering on promises. Experience driving change readiness with the ability to continually initiate and respond to change in ways that create advantage, minimize risk, and sustain performance. Extensive experience leading change management and user adoption strategies. Effective business writing and oral communication skills with an emphasis on listening, influencing and leading at all levels in organizations. Strong cross-functional team building and working skills in a matrix organization with geographically dispersed/remote teams, creating a climate where people want to give their very best. Advanced skills in management disciplines related to communications, governance, risk, scope, quality, schedule, financial, stakeholder, time, and resource. Keen business acumen surrounding organizational and strategic awareness. Knows how to get things done both through formal channels and the informal network. Dedicated focus on outcomes and delivering solutions to improve operational efficiencies that transform organizations is essential to measuring success. Demonstrated strategic agility, thinking ahead of the curve; includes critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Skilled in negotiation and conflict management, particularly in tough situations with both internal and external groups. Demonstrated ability to build trust and gain commitment from teams through personal actions and building relationships. Exhibits managerial courage, making tough decisions when necessary and being accountable for them. Deals with corrective feedback in a manner that inspires accountability and self-redirection. Education: Bachelor's Degree License or Certifications: PMP or Scrum Master Certification -* having one is a requirement * *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Pittsburgh, PA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
