*Wellness Outpatient Coordinator - Telehealth (Bilingual Spanish/English)* *Location:* North Hollywood, CA (Onsite)
*Schedule:* Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:00pm - No weekends *Pay:* *$21/hr + Benefits* *Overview* Our Wellness Program is expanding, and we're looking for a *Bilingual Wellness Outpatient Coordinator* to support patients in scheduling telehealth visits with nurses and physicians. This role is ideal for someone with medical office or care coordination experience who enjoys patient communication and a teamfocused environment. *What You'll Do* * Conduct *70-80 daily outreach calls* to patients for telehealth scheduling * Answer inbound calls and assist with general appointment needs * Verify *patient demographics and insurance coverage* * *Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments* * *Document all interactions in the EMR system* accurately * Communicate with clinical staff and internal teams * Support wellness and preventive care initiatives *Required Skills & Experience* * *Bilingual Spanish/English - required* * *1+ year experience* in a medical office, outpatient clinic, telehealth, or care coordination role * Strong customer service and phone communication skills * Experience with *insurance verification* * *Familiarity with EMR systems and data entry* * *Basic proficiency in Excel* * *Knowledge of medical terminology* *Why You'll Love This Role* * Monday-Friday only - no nights or weekends * Stable telehealth program with onboarding and training * Opportunity to grow into care coordination, patient navigation, or medical admin roles * Supportive team environment *Job Type & Workplace* * *Contract role* (onsite in Los Angeles, CA 91601) * Workplace Type: *Fully Onsite* *Pay * *$21.00/hr* *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of North Hollywood, CA 91607. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
