Job Title: Access Control Installer Job Description Join a leading systems integration company that specializes in structured cabling, A/V, video surveillance, networking security, and electronic access control products. The company has consistently been recognized for its excellence, including awards for major security system upgrades. They are rapidly growing and looking to expand the team. Responsibilities * Install door brakes, sensors, crash bars, and readers * Engage in structured cabling, CCTV, and access control installations across various projects. * Conduct termination testing and troubleshoot alarm systems. * Work on projects that may involve acting as the general contractor. * Report to different project sites as needed and collaborate with team members. Essential Skills * 3-5 years of experience in access control and security installation. * Proficiency in low voltage installations, including Cat5/Cat6 and fiber. * Experience with VMS installations and access control systems such as Lenel, S2, and Genetec. * Knowledge of door hardware installations including electrified locks and readers. * Ability to work with Allegion and ASSA ABLOY hardware. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team. * Coachability and punctuality are highly valued. * Experience in commercial installations or an electrical apprentice knowledge is preferred.
