We are seeking qualified PC Technicians to support a Windows 11 upgrade initiative. This role focuses on hands-on desktop support, device deployments, and providing excellent customer service to end users during the upgrade process. This is a 3-6 month contract with the potential to convert to a full-time role based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities * Support Windows 11 desktop and laptop upgrades * Perform PC imaging, deployment, and hardware installations * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues * Provide professional, customer-focused desktop support * Work with Active Directory for basic user and device tasks * Ensure accuracy and attention to detail throughout the upgrade process Required Skills * PC deployment and desktop support * Hardware and software troubleshooting * Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) * Strong customer service and communication skills * General desktop and end-user support experience Preferred Qualifications * Strong attention to detail * Prior customer-facing IT support experience * Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) * Experience supporting upgrades in structured or enterprise environments Experience Level * Prior hands-on experience in desktop or PC technician roles required Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Salina, KS. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
