Shift/Hours: Monday-Thursday 7am-7pm, Friday 7am-5pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Install and decommission network and cabling infrastructure within Data Center environments. * Support the delivery of consistent, sustainable solutions and processes with a focus on continuous improvement. * Provide clear, structured updates on project status to stakeholders. * Maintain high-quality workmanship and uphold Data Center cleanliness standards. * Adhere to all production, safety, and quality guidelines, codes, and industry best practices. * Work collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve project challenges. * Read and interpret blueprints, building documentation, and redline drawings. * Maintain a broad understanding of Data Center infrastructure technologies. Skills and Qualifications * Proficient with basic telecom hand tools. * Strong understanding of customer service principles. * Solid knowledge of job safety requirements. * Ability to read and interpret floor plans. * Familiarity with wiring schemes and cable testing procedures. * Ability to pull various types of low-voltage cabling. * Skilled in performing field terminations and labeling. * Reports to the Operations Manager and follows daily direction from Technician through Advanced Senior Technician levels. * Able to maintain organized paperwork and manage service jobs independently. * Capable of laying out MDF and IDF closets, dressing cables, and performing all types of terminations. * Experienced working in Data Center environments. * Able to install ladder racks and seismic bracing both above and below raised floors. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jeffersonville, IN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
