The Global Pipeline Programs team, a part of the Global GTM, Programs, Planning, and Ops team is looking for a Manager responsible for program design, program management and innovation in scaling best practices. The role will collaborate with OU Sales Program Manager (SPM) teams globally, and will be based in the US. This person will:

  • Manage our best practice intake process and innovate using AI
  • Design best practice program frameworks to help OU SPMs drive results faster
  • Align with COEs and other global teams to scale best practices and impact
  • Support global priority programs throughout the year
  • Leverage data (dashboards, reports) to report on Program impact
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholder groups to deliver program

Sales Programs is an operational function at Salesforce that works directly with our Sales Teams to ensure they are always targeting the right areas to sell in to. We help to get our Sales Teams to sell smarter and more effectively, using data as a basis for all our decisions. We use our expertise and Business Intelligence tools to ensure our different Products and Regions are always reaching their full potential.

On our team, you will have the opportunity to see first-hand how a Sales Organization in a Fortune 500 company operates. You will be a part of a fast-moving, Global team. This role requires strong project management, business acumen, problem solving, organization & prioritization skills. You will be expected to support sales success by collaborating across stakeholder groups to innovate, design, scale & manage global repeatable processes & projects, and reporting on success metrics to demonstrate pipeline impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize & project manage Sales Program best practices
  • Plan, execute, & inspect ad hoc Global Programs
  • Align with stakeholder groups to represent the global sales programs team and activate key priorities

Required Skills/Experience

  • 5+ years of work experience, ideally in Sales Programs, Program or Project Management, Enablement or Sales/Product Strategy
  • Experience launching & designing repeatable business processes and/or sales programs, aligned to business priorities. Being responsible for new tools, materials or processes
  • Experience conducting data analyses to identify factors that had a positive/negative business impact
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Experience working in a sales organization, and collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups
  • Be structured and organized, passionate about quality (attention to detail) and have a strong sense of ownership on the work accomplished
  • Comfort to thrive in an environment where priorities change rapidly and require seamless pivoting to new projects. Get it done mindset to drive results under tough circumstances
  • Strong problem solving skills to find creative solutions to roadblocks
  • Comfortable with creating processes out of ambiguity
  • Takes accountability for a project/program despite the project result
  • Able to gain alignment from senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides & Salesforce tools required

The typical base salary range for this position is $123,100 - $186,300 annually.
