As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site teams, and deliver customer service with integrity. This is a driving post, so you will use your valid driver's license to support patrol coverage as part of an agile, reliable, and innovative team.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, yards, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter fencing; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points and support visitor and contractor processing, including checking identification, issuing site credentials when directed, and documenting entries and exits per post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to site contacts and local responders as directed.
• Complete detailed reports on patrol findings, unusual activity, and incidents, and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• The client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
