The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Overview:

Provides critical operational, administrative, and program management support across multiple learning portfolios.

Working closely with several L&D Leads, this role ensures the seamless delivery of enterprise and population-specific learning programs, from logistics and nominations to evaluation and reporting.

Play an active role in enhancing the organizations learning brand and digital presence helping to make learning experiences simple, engaging, and accessible for all employees.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, tech-savvy professional with a passion for enabling learning at scale and improving employee experience.

Program Coordination & Administration

  • Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of learning programs, courses, and events for assigned business populations.
  • Manage participant nominations, enrollment, communications, and logistics in partnership with HR, business units, and external vendors.
  • Maintain accurate program records, calendars, and documentation in learning management and tracking systems.
  • Ensure high-quality learner experience by coordinating materials, communications, and post-program follow-up.

Learning Operations & Data Management

  • Track and report participation metrics, evaluation data, and learner feedback across assigned programs.
  • Support the design and administration of post-program surveys and other evaluation tools.
  • Partner with analytics teams to maintain accurate dashboards and performance metrics for learning impact reporting.
  • Support vendor and budget management processes, including purchase orders and invoicing.

Digital Learning Experience & Branding

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the organization s internal learning portals, intranet pages, and digital learning communications.
  • Create and curate engaging digital content (eg. learning announcements, newsletters, event highlights) to promote awareness of programs.
  • Collaborate with L&D Leads and the Communications team to strengthen the organization s learning brand and employee engagement with learning.
  • Identify opportunities to improve navigation, accessibility, and user experience across learning platforms and tools.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with multiple L&D Leads and HR partners to support enterprise learning priorities and special projects.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement, automation, and simplification of L&D operations.
  • Stay informed on learning administration best practices and technology trends to enhance efficiency and learner satisfaction.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field preferred

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in learning & development, HR operations, or program coordination.
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or leaders in a matrixed environment.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), digital learning tools, and collaboration platforms (eg. Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with data tracking, reporting, and evaluation metrics preferred.
